What made you think of this idea?
I had such a successful career, leading teams to award winning levels of
performance seven years on the trot and in the last year make my division
over £40 million, I reflected on what worked and compiled The Ultimate
Leadership Guide to help managers make the huge leap from mere management to inspirational leadership. I am now writing a whole series of Ultimate Guides to help people quickly find the answers they need to be highly successful, by researching the worlds best and compiling only what's relevant and what works.

What next?

What tip would you pass on to other home business owners?
Self development is the key to your success. Don't get too embroiled in the nitty gritty of the business without putting aside some quality time to learn and explore the evolution and improvements going on both in the business world and in our own individual capability, with the power of positive thoughts and using well documented tried and tested techniques. As Thomas Edison wrote: 'Find out what everyone else knows and begin where they left off'.
